Meet the Team
Founder & Principal Consultant
Alison Robertson
Alison is the founder and principal consultant at Systems Bright. With nearly twenty years of senior leadership experience in the nonprofit sector, she’s focused on poverty reduction, food security, education, human rights, and community health.
Over her career, Alison has built strong relationships with government, served as spokesperson for award-winning campaigns, and was recognized as one of Saskatchewan’s CBC Future 40.
A lifelong learner, she holds a post-graduate diploma in Executive Leadership in the Nonprofit Sector and is certified as a Nonprofit Lifecycles Institute Facilitator.

Brianne Weigel
Brianne is an associate at Systems Bright and the founder of Brianne Davis Consulting. She specializes in helping organizations integrate social justice into their work, from planning and strategy to hands-on implementation.
With a background in communications and community engagement, Brianne uses storytelling and collaboration to build stronger, more inclusive systems.
Her passion for equity and empowerment shapes every project she leads, from major fundraising campaigns to impact measurement and leadership training.
